Jammu, May 24 (UNI) Additional Director General of the Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh Directorate, Major General AS Bevli, on Saturday visited the 1 J&K NCC Battalion presently undergoing Annual Training Camp, at the NCC Training Area (NTA) Nagrota.
The primary objective of the visit was to motivate the young cadets undergoing the ongoing Annual Training Camp and to review the arrangements made for the cadets.
An official communique said that during his visit, Major General Bevli oversaw a range of ongoing training activities and engaged with the NCC cadets and their instructors.
He complimented the cadets for upholding exceptional standards of training, discipline and for maintaining a robust sense of motivation amongst themselves.
The General Officer, conveyed his satisfaction with the overall execution of the training and management of the camp.
The Annual Training Camp, conducted under the auspices of the NCC Directorate JK&L, is meticulously designed to furnish cadets with a comprehensive understanding of military protocols, physical conditioning, and leadership skills.
The camp emphasizes weapons training and aims to cultivate young cadets into responsible citizens and future leaders.
The visit underscores the JK&L Directorate's unwavering commitment to nurturing the potential of young individuals through rigorous, value-based training within the National Cadet Corps framework.
