Modi getting votes in Bihar, setting up industries in Gujarat: Prashant Kishor

Patna, June 26 (UNI) Jan Suraaj founder Prashant Kishor on Thursday asked people to think and take decision in the next state assembly elections "on the basis of the fact that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is getting votes in Bihar but setting up industries in his home state Gujarat".
During his 'Badlao Yatra' (journey for change) in Bhojpur district , Kishor told media that Modi had been getting huge support in Bihar Lok Sabha elections since 2014 enabling him to form his government, but he was setting up industries in Gujarat. Taking support from Bihar and working for prosperity of people of Gujarat, should not be tolerated by Biharis, he said.
"Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar is not in a position to govern the state and he should not be given another term even if PM Modi himself seeks votes for him in the next Bihar assembly elections slated for October-November this year, " said the Jan Suraaj leader, adding the PM was adopting discriminatory approach towards Bihar.
It was time for people of Bihar to think for education and well-being of their children, rather than focussing on any other issues, he said.
"People are fed up with 35-year-long regime of RJD chief Lalu Prasad and Chief Minister Kumar. They will not
give them another chance", Kishor said, adding people should vote for formation of 'Janata Raj' and that it could be provided only by Jan Suraaj.
The Jan Suraaj leader expressed his satisfaction with the Election Commission allotting 'School Bag' as a symbol of his party. "It would help in making the people aware about being concerned for their children," he noted.
