Naxalite absconding for past 10 years, arrested in Gayaji

Gayaji, May 21 (UNI) The Special Task Force and district police of Gayaji, Bihar, in a joint operation arrested a Naxalite, Ramji Singh Bhokta, who was absconding for the past 10 years.
Police said here Wednesday that following a tip-off, a raid was conducted near Targhua village under Chakkarbandha police station area and the Naxalite was arrested.
Police said that Bhokta was absconding in connection with the abduction and murder of a person since December 6, 2014.
Seven other Naxalites have already been arrested and sent to jail in connection with this case.
