Technopark invites bids for second IT building under QUAD project

New Delhi, Sep 20 (UNI) Technopark has invited bids from experienced co-developers for the construction and operation of its second IT office building under the integrated IT township project QUAD at the Technocity campus in Pallippuram, Thiruvananthapuram.
Technopark has invited a Request for Proposal (RFP) from reputed co-developers for the construction and operation of its second IT office building under its integrated IT micro-township project ‘QUAD’, to be developed at Technopark Phase IV (Technocity) campus.
The flagship QUAD project is envisioned as a 30-acre non-SEZ integrated IT township, a marquee development comprising two IT towers, a commercial complex, and a residential component.The construction of the first IT building, developed by Technopark, is currently going on.
The RFP is invited for the second IT building to come up on 4.50 acres of land. The IT building is proposed to be allotted on a long-term lease basis for a period of 30 years, extendable up to 90 years.
The bidders shall be an IT Co-Developer/Builder/Developer and shall be registered under the Companies Act 2013, or a registered partnership firm or a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP), besides having demonstrable experience in constructing and operating multi-storied buildings, including IT office buildings, commercial establishments and multi-tenant buildings, as per the official statement released by the Technopark.
Technopark will evaluate the proposals and presentations submitted by bidders through a committee constituted for the purpose. The co-developer will be selected based on the evaluation of the documents and other submissions made as part of the bidding process.
A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled for October 12 at 11 am at Technopark's Park Centre. Interested bidders will have to submit their proposals by November 12 at 5 pm.
