V-Rich launches Instant Tadka Ghee in Hyderabad

Hyderabad, Sept 16 (UNI) Hyderabad-based clean-label food brand V-Rich on Wednesday announced the market availability of its Instant Tadka Ghee across the city, targeting urban consumers seeking convenient options for traditional Indian cooking.
The product is made with whole roasted spices in pure A2 cow ghee and is positioned as a convenient alternative to preparing tadka separately.
The company said it is designed for working professionals, couples and families with limited time for cooking.
The Instant Tadka Ghee contains seven roasted ingredients, including mustard seeds, jeera, garlic, curry leaves, dried red chilli, chana dal and urad dal.
A spoonful can be heated and added to dishes such as dal, rice, khichdi, upma and curries.
V-Rich Founder and CEO Yogitha Jahnavi said the product was developed to make traditional cooking practices easier to incorporate into busy routines while avoiding unfamiliar or heavily processed ingredients.
The company said the product is made in small batches and focuses on ingredient transparency without chemical flavourings, synthetic preservatives or powdered extracts.
The launch forms part of V-Rich's expansion into convenience-oriented food products. Its portfolio also includes Ashwagandha, Shatavari and Turmeric Ghee, besides Ginger, Turmeric and Immunity Honey.
The 250-ml jar is priced at Rs 449 and is available through the company's D2C website and Amazon.
In Hyderabad, the product is available exclusively on Blinkit, with the company planning to expand its presence in other metropolitan cities.
