Imphal, May 28 (UNI) The BJP is prepared to form a popular government in Manipur, said Th Radheshyam, MLA on Wednesday.
Radheshyam and some other MLAs met Governor AK Bhalla at Raj Bhawan to discuss the political developments in the state in the wake of violence that has affected Manipur since May 3, 2023.
Radheshyam said 44 out of 60 MLAs in Manipur are ready to form a government. He, however, did not give aa list of such MLAs. The final decision will be taken by the BJP central leadership, he added.
