We didn't hit Kirana Hills or whatever is there: Air Marshal Bharti

New Delhi, May 12 (UNI) Director General Air Operations Air Marshal AK Bharti on Monday dismissed speculation that India had hit targets at Kirana Hills in Pakistan that allegedly housed nuclear installations.
Replying to a question about the buzz on social media that India had targeted a site in Kirana Hills which was supposed to be a nuclear storage facility, Air Marshal Bharti said, “Thank you for telling us that Kirana Hills houses some nuclear installation, and we did not know about it. We have not hit Kirana Hills; whatever is there”.
The Air Marshal said, "Our fight was with terrorists and their support infrastructure. However, it is a pity that the Pakistan military chose to intervene and bat for the terrorists, which compelled us to respond".
He said while Pakistan’s military infrastructure had been damaged by the airstrikes, all Indian military bases and systems continue to remain fully operational and ready to undertake any future mission, should the need arise.
