Ex-serviceman held for shooting 32-year-old man in head over money dispute in Gurugram

Panchkula, Sep 9 (UNI) Haryana Police have arrested a 40-year-old former Indian Army serviceman within hours of the alleged shooting death of a 32-year-old man in Gurugram, reportedly triggered by a dispute over a financial transaction.
A Haryana Police official said the accused, identified as Amarjeet Grewal alias Amarjeet Fauji, a resident of Bamla village in Bhiwani district, has been arrested from Delhi on Tuesday in a joint operation by teams of Sector-14 police station and the Manesar Crime Branch.
The incident took place on September 8 in Gurugram. Police received information that Hemant Kaushik, a resident of Acharya Puri (Ganga Vihar), had been shot and taken to hospital for treatment. When the police team reached the hospital, doctors had declared him dead.
