Himachal BJP steps up preparations for 2027 polls, Bindal calls for monthly protests

Shimla, October 10 (UNI) Himachal Pradesh BJP president Rajeev Bindal on Saturday called upon party workers to intensify public outreach and expose the alleged failures of the Congress government, directing every mandal to organise at least one effective public demonstration every month ahead of the 2027 Assembly elections.
Addressing an organisational meeting in Kullu, Bindal said the party's strength lay not merely in meetings and offices but in standing with people during difficult times, raising public grievances and struggling for their resolution.
With the Assembly elections approaching, every day was important for strengthening the organisation, he said, urging workers to reach out to people at village, panchayat, mandal and booth levels instead of limiting themselves to indoor meetings.
