Haryana: Nuh gets its Delhi corridor: Rao Inderjit Singh launches Expressway Connector on Navratri

Nuh, Oct 11 (UNI) In a major infrastructure breakthrough that severs years of commuter isolation, union Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Statistics and Programme Implementation Rao Inderjit Singh today inaugurated construction work for a crucial Delhi-facing connectivity link on the Delhi-Vadodara Expressway near village Ujina in Nuh district, fulfilling a long-pending demand of local residents on the first day of Navratri festival today.
The minister declared that the project, which will finally allow seamless two-way access to the mega expressway, will be completed within six months, ending the one-sided connectivity that has forced thousands of Nuh residents into circuitous detours just to reach the national capital.
For years, the Delhi-Vadodara Expressway offered Nuh a frustrating paradox: while ramps and connectors towards Jaipur and Vadodara were already functional, the critical Delhi arm remained missing near Ujina. This structural gap meant that despite living adjacent to one of India's most ambitious highway corridors, locals could not directly ride it towards Delhi, forcing them to battle congested rural roads and swallow unnecessary travel time every single day.
