Kangra National Lok Adalat: 14,551 cases settled, over Rs 13.2 crore recovered

Dharamshala, Sep 12 (UNI) The District Legal Services Authority, Kangra at Dharamshala, organised a National Lok Adalat across all courts in the district on Saturday, that saw a total of 17,796 cases taken up, of which 14,551 cases were settled through mutual agreement.
The Lok Adalat was held under the chairmanship of Justice Vivek Singh Thakur, Executive Chairman of the Himachal Pradesh State Legal Services Authority, Shimla.

Panchkula, Sep 21 (UNI) Haryana Police have arrested the alleged main accused in a racket involving the illegal siphoning and sale of fuel from tankers leaving an Indian Oil refinery in Hisar district and recovered about 901 litres of diesel, petrol and chemicals, police said on Monday.
