MP govt issues instructions to District Collectors for 11th International Yoga Day

Bhopal, June 18 (UNI) The Madhya Pradesh Government has instructed District Collectors to motivate all institutions regarding the organisation of the 11th International Yoga Day on June 21.
As per the directives, all institutions in the district will be motivated to participate in the International Yoga Day celebrations, and all programme organisers will have to register themselves.
The Yoga Day programme will be organised at Panchayat headquarters, other villages, and all urban local bodies' headquarters and wards with the cooperation of people's representatives.
The programme will be conducted as per the yoga protocol determined by the Central Government. For this programme, yoga instructors and volunteers affiliated with institutions like Patanjali Yoga Sansthan, Shri Ram Chandra Mission Heartfulness Institute, Jan Abhiyan Parishad, MP Yoga Commission, and other associate institutions will be available.
The live broadcast of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav's address on June 21 will be screened in all villages and wards across the state. The programme will be held from 6 am to 6:45 am, and the broadcast link will be provided by the Madhya Pradesh Public Relations Department.
The Ayush Department has prepared a training module for the yoga instructors and volunteers, and online training will be conducted on June 19 and 20. The link for the same will be provided by the Ayush Department.
For the Yoga Day programme, maximum registration of institutions organising yoga events in the district needs to be ensured. A nodal officer will be appointed in each district to oversee the programme, and the nodal officer will be responsible for sending information and photos to the Central Government's portal after the programme.
All government servants in the district will be motivated to participate in the Yoga Day programme. UNI XC AKT SSP
