Visakhapatnam DRM Visits Dedicated Railway Nursery to Promote Greenery

Visakhapatnam, Oct 21 (UNI) Divisional Railway Manager (DRM) Lalit Bohra on Wednesday visited the Dedicated Rail Nursery at Railway Colony in Visakhapatnam, established to promote greenery and environmental sustainability across railway premises.
The nursery supplies various saplings for plantation in railway colonies and office premises, supporting the development of green spaces and a cleaner, healthier environment.
The initiative reflects the Visakhapatnam Railway Division’s efforts to promote plantation activities across railway establishments and improve the surroundings for railway employees and their families.
The availability of different varieties of saplings is expected to facilitate systematic plantation and encourage the creation of greener spaces across the division.
The initiative underscores the importance of environmental conservation and collective efforts to build a greener and healthier railway ecosystem.
