Congress MLC candidate seeks immediate restoration of CEO Telangana website

Hyderabad, Nov 2 (UNI) Congress MLC candidate for the Hyderabad-Rangareddy-Mahabubnagar Graduates' constituency, Sama Rammohan Reddy, on Monday urged the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) C Sudarshan Reddy to immediately resolve technical issues affecting the CEO Telangana website, which has reportedly remained inaccessible since Sunday.
Meeting the CEO, Sama pointed out that the website's non-functioning had severely affected the voter registration process for the Graduate MLC elections, causing inconvenience to thousands of eligible graduates.
With the deadline for graduate voter registration scheduled for November 6, 2026, he said the disruption of online services at this crucial stage could deprive eligible graduates of an opportunity to enrol as voters.
He urged the CEO to take immediate steps to restore the website and resume online registration without further delay.
Sama also submitted a formal representation seeking an extension of the voter registration deadline by the number of days the website remained non-functional, so that no eligible graduate would lose the opportunity to register due to the technical glitches.
