Dalit CM demand grows in Karnataka

Chikkamagaluru, Oct 9 (UNI) Karnataka's Public Works Minister, Satish Jarkiholi, is being strongly supported by Chikkamagaluru Congress MLA HD Thammaiah amid rising calls for a Dalit Chief Minister.

During an event in Tarikere Taluk, Thammaiah praised Jarkiholi's simplicity and approachability, stating, “Apart from Siddaramaiah, the future leader of the state is Satish Jarkiholi. There is no one as simple and gentleman as him.”
