Heavy rain likely in parts of Telangana in next 24 hrs: Met

Hyderabad, Sep 25 (UNI) Heavy rainfall is likely to occur at isolated places in Komuram Bheem Asifabad, Mancherial, Jayashankar Bhupalpally, Mulugu, Bhadradri Kothagudem and Khammam districts of Telangana during the next 24 hours, the Meteorological Centre said on Friday.
In its daily weather report issued here, the Centre said light to moderate rain or thundershowers are likely to occur at many places or at isolated places over Telangana during the next 48 hours and on September 29.
Thunderstorms accompanied by lightning and gusty winds of 30-40 kmph are likely to occur at isolated places over the state during the next 48 hours.
