In its latest National bulletin issued as an Orange message by the IMD on Sunday afternoon said, the Depression over Eastcentral and adjoining Southeast Bay of Bengal remained practically stationary during the past 3 hours, and lay centered at 0830 hours of today,

However, with thick cloud cover in the horizon, the rains are likely from evening and it would increase steadily, gathering more steam by night and tomorrow morning, with very heavy spells.
