Houthis claim attacks on airports in Riyadh, Abha, Saudi Aramco facility

Moscow, Oct 6 (Sputnik/UNI) Yemen's Ansar Allah movement, also known as the Houthis, attacked airports in Saudi Arabia's Riyadh and the southern city of Abha, as well as the oil refinery of the Saudi Aramco state oil and gas company in Jeddah, Houthi military spokesman Yahya Saria said on Monday.
"The Yemeni Armed Forces carried out three qualitative military operations using a large number of ballistic and cruise missiles and drones. The first of which targeted King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh ... The second targeted the Aramco refinery in Rabigh ... The third operation targeted Abha Airport, Khamis Mushait Air Base, the Aqifa camp in Asir, and other critical sites in Najran and Jizan," Saria said in a statement.
The Houthis also declared the airspace over Saudi Arabia, excluding the skies over Makkah and Madinah, a zone for conducting a military operation, Saria added.
