Punjab: Woman slaps dismissed woman constable Amandeep's husband in court premises

Chandigarh, Apr 04 (UNI) A woman, alleging dismissed woman constable Amandeep Kaur and her husband sell drugs together, slapped him in Bathinda court premises of Punjab on Friday.
In a video a woman can be seen slapping Amandeep's husband and he moving away after police intervened.
Amandeep Kaur, who was dismissed from the service after recovery of 17 grams heroin from her on Wednesday, was produced in the court on Friday.
The court extended her police custody for two more days.
Earlier, on Thursday, Inspector General of Police Sukhchain Singh Gill had told the media that Amandeep has been dismissed from the service. He had added that an investigation into her property was being done and action will be taken if any illegality was found with the same. UNI GS MR SSP
