Mumbai, May 4 (UNI) Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Sanjay Raut met NCP (SP) supremo Sharad Pawar on Sunday.
Sharad Pawar in a post on X shared information about Raut's visit, and also shared some photos of the visit.
Pawar said Rajya Sabha MP and Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut "paid a goodwill visit to my residence". "During this visit, he formally invited me to the release ceremony of his book named 'Heaven in Hell'," said Pawar.
"During this visit, a detailed discussion was held on a book based on wildlife written by Rohan Taware. Similarly, various issues of the state and the country were also discussed."
"After the meeting, I gave him my best wishes for his future work," Sharad Pawar said in the post.
Meanwhile, the book 'Narakatala Swarg' by Sanjay Raut, which details his experiences during his arrest and imprisonment in 2022, will be released on May 17 at Ravindra Natya Mandir, Prabhadevi.
Thackeray group chief Uddhav Thackeray and NCP (SP) supremo Sharad Pawar will be present as the chief guests at event.
It has been informed that the book will be released by poet, lyricist, and screenwriter Javed Akhtar.
