Sankalpa Sabha: Kishan Reddy calls BJP only hope for Telangana

Hyderabad, June 22 (UNI) Marking the successful completion of 11 years rule of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership, the BJP Telangana unit organized a massive public meeting titled “Sankalpa Sabha – Viksit Bharat ka Amrit Kaal: Seva, Sushasan, Garib Kalyan” at Imperial
Gardens, Sikh Village, Secunderabad on Sunday.

The event witnessed the participation of several senior BJP leaders, with Union Minister and BJP Telangana President G Kishan Reddy delivering a powerful address as the chief guest.

Reddy underscored the transformative journey India has witnessed under PM Modi’s leadership over the past 11 years.

“The BJP-led government is the first non-Congress regime to complete 11 years of stable, transparent, and people-centric governance,” he said. “Unlike the Congress era plagued by
daily scams, Modi ji’s government has been scandal-free and fully accountable to the people.”

He credited PM Modi for turning India into a global powerhouse—from launching the Swachh Bharat Mission and ensuring rural sanitation to hoisting the tricolor on the Moon through India’s space missions.
“From surgical strikes to Operation Sindoor, India has shown the world its strength under Modi’s leadership,” he declared.

Highlighting the massive infrastructure push, Reddy said that national highways worth Rs 1.5 lakh crore are being constructed in Telangana, and 40 railway stations are being modernised.
“Under Modi ji, no village remains without electricity,” he added.

Addressing Telangana-specific concerns, he criticized both the BRS and Congress governments for betraying public trust.
“A state created through sacrifice and struggle has been dragged into debt and dynastic misrule,”
he said. “Both for Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao (KCR) and present Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy have failed to fulfill the dreams of 4 crore people.”

Reddy also slammed the Congress government for failing to deliver on its promises made under the "Six Guarantees", alleging betrayal of women, farmers, youth, and Dalits.
“The Congress has raised its hands in helplessness. It has failed to govern, and people have lost faith,” he remarked.

Calling on BJP workers to gear up for the next state elections, he said, “If Telangana is to progress and the aspirations of martyrs fulfilled, only BJP under Prime Minister Modi can make it possible.
The saffron flag will surely fly in the state soon.”

He also appreciated Eatala Rajender, MP and BJP National Executive Member, for his unwavering dedication to public service, saying, “He has worked without a day off, setting a true example of people-first politics.”

Several top BJP leaders attended the event, including Union Minister Bandi Sanjay Kumar, MP
and National Vice President DK Aruna, National OBC President Dr K Laxman, Sunil Bansal, Ch Vidyasagar Rao, Alleti Maheshwar Reddy, and AVN Reddy, among others.

MPs, MLAs, and former legislators also marked their presence, showcasing the party’s growing strength in Telangana.
