Sonia Gandhi’s health stable: Sir Ganga Ram Hospital

New Delhi, June 17 (UNI) The health of Congress Parliamentary Party chairperson Sonia Gandhi is steadily improving, hospital sources said today.



Sources at the Sir Ganga Ram Hospital said that the former Congress president is responding well to treatment for an abdominal infection and is recovering steadily.



The 78-year-old veteran leader was admitted to Sir Ganga Ram Hospital on Sunday night after she complained of abdominal pain. Hospital sources said that she is under medical supervision.



Gandhi had also undergone a medical check-up at the hospital last week. UNI XC RBE SSP
