New Delhi, Sep 30 (UNI) The Delhi Jal Board has given in-principle approval to a Rs 17,969.93-crore, 10-year programme to overhaul the city’s sewer network, with the government proposing a new “One Zone, One Operator” model to fix responsibility for maintenance and complaints, officials said on Wednesday.
