Mumbai, Oct 9 (UNI) The central government has deployed more than 50,000 riot policemen affiliated with the BJP and the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) in New Delhi to incite riots and start a civil war during the scheduled October 10 (Saturday) protest, Vanchit Bahujan Aghadi (VBA) president Prakash Ambedkar, who is the grandson of Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar, claimed here today.
