Ranchi, Sep 28 (UNI) The Jharkhand unit of the Congress on Monday gheraoed the Chief Electoral Officer’s office here and demanded the resignation of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar over alleged irregularities in the electoral process.
