Nagpur, Sep 28 (UNI) The Nagpur Congress on Monday staged a protest march against Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Gyanesh Kumar, alleging that eligible voters'' names were being deleted from electoral rolls under the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) process.
