New Delhi, Sep 16 (UNI) Chief of the Army Staff General Dhiraj Seth on Wednesday embarked on a three-day official visit to Russia aimed at strengthening India-Russia defence cooperation, military-to-military engagement and professional exchanges between the two armed forces.
