Chandigarh, Oct 14 (UNI) The father of slain anti-drug activist Parminder Singh Jhota on Wednesday called for a statewide shutdown on October 15, demanding the resignation of Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann and the Director General of Police, a CBI investigation into his son''s murder and criminal proceedings against senior police officials.
