Tura, Oct 7 (UNI) The Garoland State Movement Committee (GSMC), a prominent socio-political organisation in Meghalaya, has strongly condemned the state government''s decision to grant a second six-month extension to the term of the Garo Hills Autonomous District Council (GHADC).
