Visakhapatnam, Oct 11 (UNI) YSR Congress Party State Spokesperson Konda Rajeev Gandhi today alleged that the Naidu headed Government has drawn up a massive plan to divert over Rs 100 crore in the name of development works at Andhra University, with project estimates being increased from about Rs 95 crore to Rs 210 crore within just four months.
