Chandigarh, Sept 30 (UNI) Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini on Wednesday welcomed the Centre''s decision to increase Minimum Support Prices (MSP) for all mandated Rabi crops for the 2027-28 marketing season, saying higher support prices would improve returns to farmers and give a fresh impetus to crop diversification.
