By Prithviraj Singh Dehradun, Nov 8 (UNI) Twenty-three-year-old Jenny episode of Uttarakhand Congress involving former cabinet minister and state election committee head Harak Singh Rawat has resurfaced in Dehradun after the Assamese woman for the first time opened her mouth alleging she was raped by Rawat.
