Ashok Raina Kangra, Sep 15 (UNI) Patients thronging the Dr. Rajendra Prasad Government Medical College (DRPGMC) Tanda in Kangra district of Himachal Pradesh have alleged that they are being forced to purchase medicines from the market, even to the extent that they are made to purchase cotton, syringes and gloves for the doctors.
