Itanagar, Sep 25 (UNI) General Officer Commanding (GOC) 101 Area, Lt Gen Mohit Wadhwa, called on Arunachal Pradesh Governor Lt Gen (Retd) KT Parnaik at Lok Bhavan here on Friday and discussed logistics and administrative support, civil-military coordination, and humanitarian assistance and disaster relief (HADR) mechanisms in the Northeast.
