Panchkula, Nov 4 (UNI) The Congress will launch a statewide ''Vote Bachao–Desh Bachao'' public outreach campaign from November 4 to 25, reaching villages and households to raise awareness about electoral transparency, protection of voting rights and democratic institutions.
