Thiruvananthapuram, Oct 6 (UNI) Kerala Chief Minister V D Satheesan has said the government would work towards developing the state''s 600-km coastline as a major port city, while ensuring employment opportunities at Vizhinjam and other ports for youngsters from local fishing families.
