Srinagar, Sept 19 (UNI) Five innovative rock check dams constructed across the Sindhu River and its tributaries in Ladakh have successfully withstood water flows exceeding 200 cusecs during peak summer, with only a minor breach reported in one structure at Upshi near Leh, Lieutenant Governor Vinai Kumar Saxena said on Saturday.
