Agartala, Oct 11 (UNI) The High Court of Tripura has upheld a man''s conviction for rash and negligent driving but replaced his imprisonment with a fine of Rs 8,000 in a case involving a collision with the official vehicle of the then Sub-Divisional Police Officer (SDPO) of Udaipur.
