Hamirpur, Oct 16 (UNI) A migrant mechanic was allegedly stabbed to death with a shovel following a dispute over a Rs 3,000 transaction in Tyalu village under Nadaun''s First Panchayat in Himachal Pradesh''s Hamirpur district.
