Beri, Oct 24 (UNI) Haryana Agriculture and Farmers'' Welfare Minister Shyam Singh Rana on Saturday directed procurement agencies to ensure that farmers receive the prescribed price for their produce without unnecessary delays, stressing that timely procurement, prompt lifting and hassle-free payments must remain the top priorities at grain markets.
