Chandigarh, Sept 29 (UNI) Punjab Police have busted an illegal drug de-addiction centre operating from a roadside eatery near the Chandigarh-Ludhiana national highway in Samrala and rescued 133 people, including seven proclaimed offenders and seven bail jumpers, an official said on Tuesday.
