Shillong, June 15 (UNI) The Meghalaya Police has ruled out conducting narco-analysis test on Sonam Raghuvanshi and Raj Singh Kushwaha, both accused in the case regarding the murder of an Indore-based businessman Raja Raghuvanshi at Sohra last month.
