Srinagar, Sep 29 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Tuesday criticised Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar amid the ongoing controversy, saying the poll panel should undertake “some soul-searching” and improve its functioning.
