Panchkula, Sep 18 (UNI) Petrol pump dealers in Haryana have threatened to stop accepting digital payments and switch to cash if fuel retailers are not exempted from the new Rs 5 Merchant Discount Rate (MDR) on UPI merchant transactions above Rs 2,000, the state dealers'' association said.
