New Delhi, Nov 2 (UNI) Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi on Monday launched a scathing attack on Prime Minister Narendra Modi, alleging that foreign forces had played a role in his rise to power and continued to sustain his government, while claiming that India''s financial system was increasingly under foreign influence.
