Chennai, Oct 27 (UNI) In a Red Alert messages, the IMD on Tuesday said the Severe Cyclonic Storm over the bay intensifieed into a Very Severe Cyclonic Storm and will cross the Andhra Pradesh coast by forenoon of tomorrow, wilth gusty winds with speed touching 140 kmph.
