Gurugram, Oct 4 (UNI) Gurugram Traffic Police issued more than 9,000 challans and imposed fines totalling approximately Rs 1.51 crore during a month-long enforcement drive in September targeting overspeeding and drunk driving on the city''s major arteries, police said on Sunday.
