Bengaluru, Sept 30 (UNI) The Karnataka State Contractors’ Association on Wednesday set a November deadline for the State government to clear around Rs 38,000 crore in pending bills across eight departments, warning that it would release documents relating to alleged commission payments if the dues were not settled.
