Siliguri, Oct 6 (UNI) Border-related challenges, difficult geographical conditions and the need for better infrastructure and connectivity in the sensitive frontier areas of Sikkim figured prominently during an interaction between the Governor of Sikkim, Om Prakash Mathur, and senior Army officers of the Higher Command Course 55 at Lokbhawan on Tuesday.
