New Delhi, Oct 4 (UNI) The Centre has proposed a regulatory framework for wheelchairs, hearing aids, and other assistive products for persons with disabilities, which includes safety and quality standards, insurance coverage, repair and replacement rights, and a national grievance mechanism.
